I have a strong 207 and it's not bad, however I've had a KUPA before and I have to say their hand pieces are much lighter, so if you can aford one, go for KUPA.

I agree with geeg, and I also fing the free edge to be a bit inconsistent. If you find the gel to runny don't be afraid to experiment with other types of gel or other brands. I've tried a few before I found the ones I work with the best.

I also agree that your extetions should be breaking easily because they're not strong enough at the apex. Of course we want to create thin natural looking nails, but they have to be strong too... So try to work with that.

There should be no problem. I do it all the time. I use natural gel thow... But same principle. Build apex with not soakable gel, shape then 2 coats os options color, then 1 coat top gloss.

If you want to see how NSS work just do a quick search on youtube. There are lots of good examples there. You don't have to put your nails at risk. Some are very fast and even poduce good looking nails but disrespect basic rules like hygiene and overexposure. So it might work, but at what cost...

I agree with the answers above. It's most likely your prep, review the tutorials available here at salongeek to see if you are doing everything right. Also, is your UV lamp good? Do the bulbs need to be replaced?

For me RPM's are not really very important as i never use mine at max speed... I only used the Manipro up to 3/4 of the max speed, and i use my current one at 1/2 of the max speed. Too much speed means more friction and easier to burn someone accidentaly. Over time as your experience improves...
