WI lost 3.5lbs :). 11lbs in total now which considering the week I've had I was really surprised at! Well done Amy on 8lbs, that's amazing! Xx

Also if you look on nouvatans facebook page they have a video somewhere of the tanning procedure. Don't worry and don't be nervous - you'll find its actually easier tanning someone you don't know than tanning someone you're friendly with :) xx

most of my clients are more than happy to pay cash - I got it as a convenience for those times when people 'forget' to get cash out or they haven't had time. It just means I have more options to offer people. I have had noone say that they wouldn't trust it. x

I lost 1lb at WI on saturday so got a silver 7. Have two boozy nights out this week and a curry night for my brothers bday tonight so maybe looking to just maintain for the next couple of weeks :O lol x

Haven't had chance to go through it all properly but didn't want to read and run. I would say you need to spell check it - several things such as luxury and appreciate are spelt wrong and as Carl says above - you need to go through and check your capital letters too x
