I've always been told to advise clients not to use a moisture containing mineral oils as this can happen it can cause the tan to crack, maybe this is what has happened and she is only applying moisturiser to her legs and its also in her deodorant! HTH🌸xx

No not necessarily, I'm allergic to the Elastoplast in plasters but fine with the undereye patches as they're completely different but you could patch test her by cutting a small edge off the patch and patch testing with that as that's what you'll be using anyway to make sure. HTH 🌸
