150 strands will be more than enough (we doubt that you could fit any more.)
If your client has quite thick natural hair or blunt cut then you may be better to use 1 gram strands OR chip into the ends of the client's natural hair for a seamless blend.

Some clients will prefer more highlights than others so it completely depends on what your client is looking to achieve (subtle highlights or strong highlights?)

We recommend around 150 grams for a full head on an average client however, clients who want the super thick look OR have thick hair will need at least 200 grams. We find it easier to work by grams x
