    Dia Richesse question

First of all, Dialight would be the best option as it is formulated for sensitized hair and is a gentle acid formula. But then again times are over where a haircolour has to be the exact same shade all throughout. Colormelt, naturally faded ends and so on are on trend right now. So you can...

    Help wanted! Coverage of grey

With the first I mean the base rather one level darker to cover better and expose less warmth and second the toner rather 1 or 2 levels lighter to avoid overtoning.

    Help wanted! Coverage of grey

Oh and that is preference but I would use something like a base 8 mixed with some cool shade as her back looks fairly dark so it would come out warm. Also colour touch 8/81 is a nice cool shade for toning but it will develop in 30 sec why not use something lighter like in abase 9 or 10?

    Help wanted! Coverage of grey

Sounds all fine, but start your application of blondor in foils with 1.9% as it might take you some time to flood and process the retouch. This way you wont overprocess.

Smart Bond by L'Oreal, any Olaplex users tried this?

It's an acid used for polymeric bounding of fibres. A protein is made of amino acids. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maleic_acid

    L'Oreal Majirel 6.3?

It will cover but depending on the starting level the result can be somewhat glowy. As a tip all shades by majirel with a box around their number cover perfectly. However I mostly add 6 to a 6,3 to mute it a bit. But there are cases I want a really warm base so it's up to your judgement.

Smart Bond by L'Oreal, any Olaplex users tried this?

I googled smartbond and there it's said maleic acid is their key ingredient. I don't think it's in any way capable of doing what Olaplex can do. I will do test strands soon

Smart Bond by L'Oreal, any Olaplex users tried this?

I am a true Olaplex lover but my company now wants me to test Smart bond as we're a Loreal salon. Adam what is your opinion about it? I've also heard good things about fibreplex by Schwarzkopf so I guess the technology from Olaplex can be somehow mimicked? Sorry to roll this up!

    L'Oreal Effasor with Olaplex?

Not true. Efassor is not an acidic color reducer. I find Efassor works wonderful with Olaplex. While removing it really helps the integrity of the hair. Efassor is like a strong lightener in a shampoo like consistency. I add 1/8 oz to it and it is great.

    Top 10 most used shades?

In l'oréal in our salon that is pretty basic :) Majirel 8 7 6 5 9,1 for root retouches Richesse 8.3 for lowlights 7.13 for rootstretch And lightener with 30 vol for all freehand highlights, 40 only for paler results 20 for those who like buttery golden highlights, 9 vol in foil ending with...

    New client help! Creamy blonde

I would foil her heavily with lightener and pastel to the existing cool blonde, tone at the basin with ct 10/81 for a few minutes and done. If you want to go all over I prefer KP 9/8

    9/1 on base 6 regrowth

I guess you'll be better off with your regular highlift highlights and adding lowlights in ct 8/7 for example every second foil. But there are several different options for that.

    9/1 on base 6 regrowth

Honestly I don't get what's your plan with the in between color. On your level 6 base it will lighten all of your hair and thus exposing warmth while subduing just a little of it. So you will most likely end up with light roots, warm mids and a muddy cast on your ends. Especially when your hair...

    Colour help

Look whether you really need to pull the color through, if so never use a higher volume on previously tinted hair as tint won't lift tint. You won't get lift this way. Probably due to fading it will match better if you just emulsify your root shade through the ends for 5 mins and done.

    Olaplex question

Also keep in mind Olaplex is permanent but it is still processed hair so it will wear down with incorrect/no hair care. She will need another Olaplex treatment and also deep conditioning, gentle detangling when wet, omitting heat and so on.

    How much do you use?

I think there are always people in a team who try to knock down others confidence. The amounts/timings are pretty standard. Maybe use less foils for a partial as often less is more. Don't go thicker with each foil just space them a bit further apart to give them more impact. But it depends on...

    Igora and Blondme toners burning?

You could opt for vibrance as it is not so alkaline and ammoniated as igora 9,5-/ blondme toners. After a full head bleach I prefer vibrance even with 13 vol./4% it will be more gentle and even.
