Have you tried the above percentages? I have a couple of clients who would like to go darker than the 12%.
Would like some advice if you use 14 and 16, just not sure which one to get in. Bit concerned 16 may be too dark, but don`t want to buy 14 and client(s) still say it`s not dark enough  x

If you mix 8% and 12% it makes 10%. So would it not be the same for 12% and 16% makes 14%. May need to find out from Dawn but if that's the case then just buy 16% you can mix it to 14% and if clients still want darker you still have the option of 16%.

ive try a 16% not nouvatan but its really really errmm dark / orange! uve it once for a friend for a dance performance when she had to be very very dark! but wouldnt really want to use it on a regular client as after a day or 2 fades really quickly and cracks and doesnt look to good!

but why not get 14% and then spray her with a mixture maybe 1/3 12% and 2/3 14% just for starters and then if she want darker just do straight 14% x

All our solutions can be mixed so if you bought the 16% and found it too dark, you could mix it with an 8% to make a 12% as has already been suggested,
with all solutions its important to use it on the right skin type it will look awful on the the wrong skin type and you will get the effects the above poster has mentioned if you overload a pale skin with dha, we are always a little reticent about the 16% it looks fantastic on dark olive skins but unnatural on the wrong skin type
here is the formula we use for mixing equal amounts of tan add the numbers ie 50ml of 8%,+ 50ml of 14% would be 8+14=22 divided by 2 = 11% so you have made 100ml of 11% enough for at least a couple of tans
we actually advise people who are trying our tan to mix it up them selves our sample packs contain 2 x 100ml .. an 8% and a 12% then you mix the remains and have a 10% sample,
There is enough solution in the sample pack for around 5 tans.
If you would like a sample of our stronger solutions i would suggest having a 12% and a 16% that way you could try out the 14% buy mixing
its also good on the purse, as you can buy 2 litres of tan and effectively offer 3 strengths of tan
have a look what our customers say www.nouvatan.co.uk
