Heres the situation!
I have a hen party booked for july with 10-12 people..... each having 3 treatments... obviously i wouldn't be able to do 30 treatments by myself in one day- which means i am having to ask for some help from other therapists.
I have decided to ask 2 other therapists that used to work in the same salon as i did. They are both less experienced in beauty therapy than me, however i will be also working for them soon when they pen there new salon.
My question is, where do i stand with paying them to help me out for this hen party? would it be an hourly rate or a percentage eg 60/40.
In the past i have helped them out with pamper parties etc and they have only paid me an hourly rate of £6 an hour rather than a percentage so i am not sure how it will work the other way round ........(in all honesty i dont even think they would do it if i paid them £6 an hour but they expect me to do it for them- they are both older and wiser than myself, but i am a lot more experienced in the job- so i am very confused what to do about this!)
What would you do?
