Sorry this has to be a 2 part tutorial as i cant fit all the pics onto 1 page.
To make the shoes you will need,
L&P
Paper Nail forms,
Glue,
Acrylic Paint,
Files and Buffers
Gems, glitter or any other embelishments

1.
Take a cocktail stick or cotton bud with the ends cut off and cut to length. Using the pop out part of a nail form place down on a surface with the pointed bit to the front, now cut a length of form or form backing paper and cut to the shape of the sole of a shoe, Blutack the heel into position and attatch the form to heel and bottom front of your shoe (see pics 1, 2, 3)
When you are happy with the shape and angles apply your L&P to form the basic shoe shape, dont worry about being perfect as you will be filing later (pics 4&5)
2.
Take the part of the form that goes around the nail and form a peep toe shape and wrap it around the sole of the shoe (pics 6 & 7) apply L&P
3.
Make another one to form the back heel part of your shoe and again cover in L&P and attatch to the sole above the heel (pic 8)
4.
Using bits of cut up form or form backing paper create your sidewalls for the shoe cover with L&P (9,10,11)
5.
To create the top part of the heel use another form place at an angle (pic 12)
6.
Once the shoe has set you need to file and refine your shoe shape and smooth out any roughness, be careful at this stage as the shoe will be very fragile so be patient as it can take a while.(13&14)
