Hi There is a lot you can do. Various electrical facials high frequency as mentioned, vacuum, low level laser therapy, galvanic, MDB etc depending on severity and sensitivity of course. AHA or BHA peels.
Be careful however not to dehydrate the skins surface. Make sure that your client has the correct home care otherwise you will not get the best results.

my beauty therapist recommended roc products for my acne and scars in between my facials that she does for me and since using it i have been free of the acne and the scars are looking great.

Roc products have an ingredient in them that thin the skin. Be careful not to use it near the eyes. This is probably why it is helping your scars. Have a rest from it from time to time

I have had this problem to. i had microdermabrasion for a few months and chemical peels. no real improvement just made my skin a bit dry. Tomorrow Im going to be trying obagi nu derm for a while, hopefully will work as bloomin expensive! if anyone has extra advise please say, looking for a little miracle hehe! xx

Hi Bella, This is what works for me and I do the same on my clients who have skin like mine.
A dermalogica facial every 4 weeks incorporating deep cleansing, chemical exfoliation, steam, lymphatic drainage massage, extactions, direct high frequency and galvanic, and at home using medibac skin wash, and daily microfoliant, then Dermalogicas skin clearing booster dabbed onto individual large spots

my friend has a laser salon where she specialises in laser , ipl, and microdermabrasion. i had a guy come in with bad acne pitting, she said nothing would get rid as the pitting is so far down into the skin.
