I do reverse application honey:hug:

I place the bead in the middle (usually use forms so itd be at the tip of the free edge) then push down into each side (the ears) and thats about it... Sometimes I will need to get a lil more acrylic to put on each side to bring the ear down further but I guess more practice will solve that one.

Hiya,

When doing a refill, I fill in the pink/clear area (zone 3), then e-file out the smilelines, perfect it with a hand file so its nice and smooth (not jagged), then fill with white/coloured acrylic.. Then file away revealing a gorgeous smileline..

I always do reverse application as this seems to make a really good smile line without too much faffing about xxx

Place the white bead in the centre of zone one, just under where the smile should be.
Allow the bead to settle, then push up each side to create the ear and go back and push up the other side, sweeping my brush down the side & middle to smooth. Wipe my brush and go back in to the smile and tuck it in along the smile to creat a 'pocket' slightly under the smile. Tuck up to the ears too, I also sometimes sweep the smile too.
Place zone 2 bead just above the smile and press out to sides, keeping it thin towards the sides and then pull it down with my brush, creating the 'pocket' allows the pink to butt up to the white and not go over it too much.
