Acrylic or Gel??

Hi all x

I am just coming back to nails after a break. I qualified in UV gel only, but im thinking of taking a course in acrylic. It just seems so much more versatile.

Maybe you could give me your thoughts on pros & cons for each?
I am also looking to buy new kit, what gels do you recommend now?

Hi. I think theres a thread or tutorial on here somewhere to help you choose the best training, have a search and see what you find. I use CND l&p and I'm really happy with it, but have a good thorough search on the site before you decide what to do.

one thing though, you are asking "gel v acrylic" - gel is acrylic! I know that consumers refer to gel as opposed to acrylic, but they are both acrylic based products. Just thought I'd share:green:
