Hi geeks:)

I havent used silk or fibreglass since i left college but we did abit of work with them there.
I currently only offer L&Ps and would really like to try another overlay. Dont like gel as i didnt like the time having to cure!!!
Can you tell me what are the advantages of fabric over L&Ps.
Thanx

I do both systems myself and find they have good points on both systems. I find L&P on myself to be stronger than fibreglass, but then i can be hard on my nails. I have clients though that prefer the feel of fibreglass to L&P as its always very natural looking and perhaps a little thinner in application.

Saying that i can get my L&P nails very thin without any compromise on strength, so really i would say its personal preference. Some people prefer the feel of fibreglass to L&P and vice versa.

I like to be able to offer two systems and will eventually offer 3 but haven't found a gel i really like yet, so fibreglass and L&P is fine at the moment.
