You could go out with 100% battery on an iPhone and next minute you look and your on 20% my charger is one of them things that is always in my bag I certainly wouldn't use a salon if they refused me especially if I was having to sit there for a while as not every process we do takes 10 minutes! Also say a salon expected you to check in or leave feedback on their facebook/Twitter/website I'm sure they would let you charge it for reasons to benefit them!
