Well i think its scandalous that a someone would pay a nail tech min wage. Its a very skilled profession, and a good one is worth her weight in gold!

Youre only young, your time will come. Can you do sculptured acrlic and gel extensions?

Wow cant believe how little NMW is.... It doesnt give people much to survive on does it, but experience is vital. Once you get your experience you can go off alone.. There are so many routes you can go down too xx
xxNot sculptured no... Don't get chance a lot as we all use tips at work, tried a little at home but need some more training...

Get proficient at doing sculptured nails, then you can set your own wages. Good/fast sculptured nail techs are very hard to come by. Can you do infills and back fills. I cant believe ladies still want tips. None of my clienets would ever go back to tips after having sculptured.
