Advice on soak off gels lifing please

Hi Geeks at the moment I use Akzentz gels and on some clients they last so long that when they come in for the soak off it takes ages to get them off and then on some clients they lift straight away and come off. I do exactly the same proceedure on everyone. Can anyone offer any advice please?

Hi I use bio sculpture but I find if the gel has been on for a while, had a few fills it takes longer to soak off but I havent tried the brand you are using hth x

Thanks yeah i find it either stays on solid for ages or i've had the odd few people say they've lifted. How long should clients be getting out of them?
