Advice on Wella highlift colour

Btw you look great as a blonde. I think the 86 would suit you quite well. I'd use /86 and it would be best to use on damp hair and visually develop.

You can even put it right on after you do the new growth ,(if it comes up to yellow) as its very gentle.

If it's darker than a ten, you could use illumina 9/0 and 9/60 half and half with pastel.
