Any techs from north wales?

I have been searching for a missing relative who lived in Colwyn bay and have been searching the net for a year or so and because of his name being Jones, even agencies said they'd struggle.

So does anyone know the best newspaper in that area that I could advertise in?

hi i live in deganwy which is 5 mins away from colwyn bay... if you want to advertise there are 2 papers.... the pionee which gets delivered free or the northwales weekly news... this is the larger paper and prob the best but give both a try hun ...
