Hi I have heard of a new beauty site INAA.com (i need an appointment.com) was wondering if anyone had heard of it or uses it as I was thinking about signing up as I do mobile tanning, was thinking it would increase my client numbers as people can just search for you in their local area and book you online. If anyone is a member already or is considering or even has anymore info could they let me know...just looking for some feedback! thanks guys xxx

I had a rep for this company come into my work.

It seems a good idea but wouldnt work for me as I reckon to get full use out of if you would need a receptionist.

You would have to upload all your free appointments so clients can see what spaces you have. I personally wouldnt have time for this as I am generally kept busy.

Seeing as your mobile, im sure it would be good way of getting new clients though. xx

Hi in Glasgow they have had advertising on buses and in the metro free paper. Also been in No1 magazine I think. However dont know anyone that uses them yet, but sounds good. Lou x

I've seem similar ones to this but not this one, salons Ive spoken to who have tried it said they had limited success.

Worth a shot maybe, but depends if they want to sign you up for a minimum period which could cost you and then your stuck?

This is something that you could have built into your own website which would take the pot luck out of the situation, hth

Hi,
This is a new online booking system that has been designed to allow members of the public to select a salon based on actual availability. It was launched in Glasgow in the run up to Christmas but the company have plans to take it across the UK. Check it out:Love:

How much do they charge salons for this then?

you'd be best to ask them Ruth....we wouldn't want anyone with connections to that site to be posting prices on here and be seen as advertising. :wink2:

Good point, LOL!!!

our salon has been on inaa for a few weeks now and we've had around 5 bookings which we're pleased with so far, it's worked really well for last minute apppointments.

I've started using INAA.com since I saw my own hairdresser has signed up to it. I can now make my appointment quickly online out of hours without having to call on my lunch breaks when I struggle to get through!

I have recently used it for a beauty appointment as well! I do most of my shopping online and to now be able to book my hair and beauty appointments online is brill!! I don't know why it hasn't been thought of before now!!!

I totally recommend it!:)
