Seems to have gone abit quiet with the A&P weekend stuff so here is some testers to warm us all up!

Structer of the skin - what are the 3 main layers called in the skin?
 
Epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous.
obviously missed something on here- whats going on!

its something i was never good at at college,had to re sit it twicw before i passed...:eek::eek::green:

what are the two types of glands in the epidermis, and how do they differ?

You can carry on with the questions or start a new thread beginning with A&P but here goes my guess:

Sebaceous Gland - produces sebum ( secreted through a hair folicle) lubricates and softens the skin and hair.
Sweat glands - regulate body temperature through evaperation of sweat through the skin.

Am I right?

Sebaceous Glands & Sudoriferious Glands

Sweat Glands are: Eccrine and Apocrine
