Has anyone got experience of these? Have heard the Aveda colour is much better for the clients hair, and the bleach they use isn't as harmful? Am thinking of training with them can anyone point out the pros and cons of this?

My experience is there is little or no difference. All three are good brands. Aveda colours are more tricky to mix, and not easy to get hold of.Especially in a hurry.
It is the chemical reaction within the hair (oxidation of melanin) that causes damage, not the product that facilitates it. Some tints have better quality pigments than others and that is the difference really.

Thanks for your reply just a mate of mine who gets her highlights done with Aveda colour said the difference in condition of her hair has been amazing since she started going there so I was intrigued!
