We are a friendly, smart hair salon with lovely refurbished treatment rooms available upstairs. There is an existing client base, which with a little building could create a very successful business for the right individuals.
We have the following available:
Small Room £600 pcm (shared use of other areas available for nominal add-on)
Large Room £700 pcm (shared use of other areas available for nominal add-on)
Nail Tech Area £35 pd if random days, or discounted monthly rate for continuous rental
Tanning Room £35 pd if random days, or discounted monthly rate for continuous rental
No commission split or bill charges
Fully equipped rooms with treatment beds, basins and streamed music
Dimmable lighting
Client parking close by
Tea, Coffee, Mineral Water and Wifi included
