Personally, although I agree with what kirsty has said above, I would not be under cutting her to reduce the price even more.
From the info you have given in your posts we know that prices in your area are between £25 and £40...find the price you are happy to charge and stick to it. Nevermind what others are charging.
I rarely look to see what others are charging for the same treatments as me anymore, I charge what I want and what I think is reasonable for my clients.
Try not to let this bother you too much xx
