Best glue for eyelash lifts and perms?

I have been using Thuya glue for years for my lash perms, but have recently started using the shields from Salon Systems - I bought the kit which contained the eyelash glue - but I am finding it really ineffective. The lashes seem to hold initially, but ping off when the perming solution goes on! I tried popping a bit on my hand to see how tacky it does get - and it seems about as sticky as marmalade...or honey at a push!:cry:

Have I just got a dodgy batch? (I have emailed the wholesaler to ask)

Can I ask which glue you lovely lot use please? Thank you

I use LVL's Bonder which seems to work fine but you will have to train with them to be able to buy it! They have a special offer on at the moment though I think.

I use Dollys glue i get it from Lash Base if your uk based x

The Lash Lift products from there too are fab prefer them to salon systems i get a better result x
