Advised me to send the pot back with a covering letter.

Lets hope its only that one that there is a problem with!

:lol: Hi I have been using Bio for 11 years and yes if you send back your pot of 2027 pink they will replace it for you. If you want a nice pink try some of the new 72 or 73 pinks they have S Gel in them and will not fad I have been wearing 72 for nearly 3 months and it is great, these colours look great on there own, one or two coats, or over a flat colour one coat of the flat colour then one coat of 72 or 73. There is also number 71 also great. But please send back your 2027. Have tried Cal gel colours and found that they are not as good and very hard to refill because of the lack of pigment in them. I also use S Gel as my last coat over French and you wont get any discolouring even on Hairdresses. Bio support is great, so just contact them if you have a problem.
