Hi there,

We've recently brought Bio Sculpture into our salon. We did the training and checked out how other salons did it but unfortunately we've just had a lot of complaints over Christmas about the gel just peeling off.

Due to their Christmas holidays I haven't been able to get through to Bio Sculpture and I'm facing no other choice but to pull the treatment temporarily.

If anyone could give me any advice I would really appreciate it

thanks
A

Are you prepping the nails correctly, capping the free edge, if the gel is peelingit is often due to incorrect prep. As it is new into your salon, I take it your lamps are new, so it wont be down to old bulbs.

I cannot understand this, as Bio sculpture is the one product that I can totally trust to stay completely fast on the nails. If I have a lift prone client....I use Bio! And I never even have to remove shine from the nails.

That said, Bio does like its own range of prep products....I find even scrubfresh can cause a problem, and stick fairly religously to Bio's prep products.

As said above, your bulbs could be a problem, but if they're new it won't be that. Worth giving Bio a call tomorrow, but I'm fairly sure that it will be one thing causing this, because Bio simply just doesn't peel or lift.

Can you talk us through your prep and application?
