Clients just text me to say I have got bleach on her new top.
I am responsible to replacing her top?

I put protective gowns on? Just don't know how this has happened.

What would u do in this situation x

Is it maybe around the collar if the gown hasn't been tight enough, if it was me I would replace the top I wouldn't give money I would ask where the top was from and give a gift voucher xx

Id ask to see it personally - then get a voucher.

Look at it first if you've caused it then
Get a voucher for the amount it was and take the old one.

Yeah tell her you want the old top for insurance reasons x

For all you know she could have splashed household bleach on it when she got home, perhaps im too cynical though!

Thanks for replys. I will ask for her top and get her a replacement. But will ask to see first xx

I had this sort of thing happen once but it was entirely my fault.
I was tidying up a base line on a one length cut, I like to use the neck trimmers to make it blunt as possible.
I removed the cutting coller and cut agains the skin but accidentally caught her top. Neither of is realised at the time.

I apologised asked her to bob in with the top and I personally wrote her out a cheque for the amount.

However this was a long standing client of mine which I entirely trusted.
Id want to see it if I were you x

All sorted, offered to replace and she was happy that I offered to replace it and said it was totally fine, So said when it's her next app I would offer her a discount xx
