Hi all
wanted to tell you about my experience today with this product.
client who is in her 70's has had cancer and now has " chemo curls"
which is like frizzy permed hair when it comes in.
She had put on a home dye which had come out a really orangie ,brassy brown but was awful.
so today i explained that if she would like to try this colour remover we could have her looking great.
she was a very dense 5/0
I used the 3 step programme ,think a perm when neutralising but the neutralising process 3 times in all.
the roots remained untouched,
no lifting and because of another poster who said be careful to choose a shade lighter tone than target shade I played safe and went for wella 99/0 withh a cm of /81 mixt tone to neutralise the yellow tone that the lifting process leaves.
that was fantastic mid lengths and ends but the root was slightly translucent, but the client and I were really happy with the result overall.
I explained that she could come in in the next week and we can retouch her roots if need be.
She left with really shiny healthy looking hair that was a lovely 8 ish level and looked fantastic
So def recommend this product and cant wait for more colour correction, feel really confident as there is no amonia, peroxide or bleach
I worked out that the process took about 1hr 30 min to complete the remover process before starting the colour and cut/blowdry
I have decided to charge £50 for the process before the regular colour treatment .
hope this helps
