Can anybody tell me the correct way to use a body brush so that it is beneficial to help target cellulite?

I haven't used one since college, 5 years ago and can't remember exactly how they should be used.

I know you have to work upwards towards the heart, but should it be circular motions or upward strokes and before showering or when showering?

Any advice would be greatly received.

I usually start with the bottom part of the legs and work upwards using upward strokes. Then get in the bath and spend 5 mins on each leg, massaging cream in. I have to say it's my 3rd week of doing it and already can see a difference.

Is it for you or for clients?

Neither. My friend asked me about it as she is going on Holiday and wanted to know what she could do to help improve the condition of cellulite.

I suggested a body brush but wasn't sure on the correct way to use it so it would be beneficial ....
