BT Nano or BT Nano Platinum?

I am considering getting a micro current machine. I have seen a lot of positive reviews about the bt machines. I know there is the big Bt-Ultimate Platinum and a Nano version. When searching for it I found at nano platinum. Is that different to the other nano? The pics look different i.e. the nano has a blue background and the orange bt symbol and the platinum has just a silvery/grey background. Apart from appearance is there a difference between the two? Also does the nano come with the attachment for the hand treatment, the two electrodes and the eye mask and facial mask? Does anyone know if there is a price difference between the nano and the nano platinum?
