I HATE them!!
There has not been one order that I have placed that has got delivered smoothly.
I've had drivers forge my signature and steal my parcels. I have had them left in shops and with neighbours without leaving calling cards. I've even had some left outside my front door!
I'm desperately waiting for my Sienna solution and guess what, the driver couldn't find my address, so has taken parcel back to depot on Monday. Didnt think to call me
It's only up the road so said I would call in and collect it 'oh no you cant do that' I've heard about the Sienna stockists in Scotland and was wondering if these monkeys deliver for them too?
If anyone knows and could let me know I would really appreciate it as I cant carry on like this for every order I place. Something like this looks bad on a company and really hope Sienna can change it because I think they are fab! xxx
