Can you use any normal nail polish?

Hi geeks, I am just setting up in nails and I do mostly shallac however I have two clients on Saturday who want a standard manicure with polish. Do you think it's ok to use any polish as I have a box full of gorgeous colours of all different high street brands!?

Personally I'd say no as they are paying for a quality service and I'd be miffed if high street varnish was used on me- I'd prefere something like OPI, China glaze, Orly, nails inc etc.

If you mainly do Shellac, maybe you can just get the small Vinylux kit. Or pick out some colors that would match your Shellac in case clients want Shellac hands but polished toes.

Agree, a small kit of Vinylux would be great it's quite brilliant
