Well yes, of course.....
"...as there's enough customers who will turn up" good for you! (genuinely!) but not everyone is that lucky.
Of course the idea is pretty pointless is everyone is turning up and you've got lots of clients anyway.
The idea (and it's just an idea lol) is for many people who're really struggling with the problem.
"Focusing too much or building your business strategy around time wasters isn't the way to go."
With respect, if those time-wasters are ruining your business, then it'd be remiss not to focus on them
