I would really appreciate some advice on this system. I have recently changed from working in a salon using spatula and pot to going mobile and using the clean and easy system. It came with 3 different waxes the normal one a hemp one and one for sensitive skin. I like the application of the wax and the cleanliness but thats it! The wax goes sticky and is really tricky to remove just like it has set! I am an experienced waxer of 15 years and have read loads of threads on here and tried the advice given but its always the same. Does anyone know if this clean and easy wax needs a constant room temperature for effective removal! Or is it as I am beginning to think just a load of rubbish! I had a lady ring me to complain that her backs of legs were still red and sore 24 hours after I had waxed them. I had already done a test to ensure she would not be allergic to the new wax and potions and lotions.I have been waxing her for 6 years. I have even tried using different strips both paper and fabric but these are even worse at picking up the wax than theclean and easy ones! I got a full day of waxing tomorrow and dont know what to do at this rate I am going to lose all my customers. Any pointers or advice would be much appreciated.

Turn the heat up just a small amount,
the cartridge will feel like it is burning your hand but that is what the holder is for,
also when you put your cartridge back into the heater while removing the wax from the client, put the plastic door back down as this will keep the temp stable, hth

Hi I find the sensitve very sticky no matter what. I turn the machine on high to warm the wax then once its melted b4 my clients due I keep mine just above mid way, the temperture fine for my client. I prefer the original wax its so much easier to use, I also find the room has to be warmish and while you have a catridge out ensure you place down the plastic cover. Hope that helps:)

Hi there! I am not a qualified waxer, but I just wanted to give you some feedback from a client's perspective. I have had both spatula and roll-on systems used on me and I find the roll-on system to be very uncomfortable. It pulls the hair as it rolls on and can be really, really uncomfortable.

I love my C & E system. I only use the original wax and i do find that their strips are the best too. I never touch the temp dial. just always have it a tiny bit over half way.

Make sure the roller heads are on neatly, if they are slightly twisted, they will not lay flat and directly up against the heating panels.

It never catches the hair on my clients although i have heard this could happen if a client had very long hair in which case you should probably trim it anyway before starting.

Hope you get it sorted.
