Hi guys,
I took all your advice & decided honesty was the best policy. When she phoned I explained the situation to her and she actually thanked me as her little boy kept coming up with similar sounding lumps, she said she had been wondering what they were, she said she was going to speak to vet and landlord to see what they recommend.
I told her to call me when prob is sorted (she still not called as of yet tho, so I can only presume that i offended her or that they r still crawling with the little mites).
