Clients lash extensions 'all fell out' help!

I've been doing lash extensions for a month now and done about 30 sets. Most people have loved them and booked in for infills. However, a client from last Thursday and one from last Friday have said they've all fallen out. Thursday's had all fallen out by Saturday, and Friday's still had some left in. What could have caused this??
I got a new glue last week and only used it twice as the nozzle glued up (inevitibley) and i'm inpatient! But the glue is one that quite a few people rave about on here? I'm not looking to blame anything other than my technique, but as It's only happened twice - I was quite baffled.
Neither client had any makeup on what so ever so I know that the lashes were clean.

Rambling now as I'm worried - Any help greatly appreciated

Sorry I won't be much help as i only recently did my training but maybe the clients has used cream with oils in or got them wet after application. Did you clean the lashes first even though they didn't have any make up on? Can't think of anything else other than you were using a adhesive you are not used to using as they are all different pehaps it's just a case of keeping at it with the new one. HTH XX
