CND bulbs - help

Hi all - OK so I bought replacement CND bulbs from Sweet Squared in January in prep for when my current bulbs ran out (I have the CND lamp) and i've only just replaced them tonight but when I press reset to check the bulb life it says 30 hours left. This should be 100.

I've pressed every button to try and reset it, as 30 hours was the amount of life left in the bulbs I just took out. So either the lamp is not registering the new bulbs or my bulbs are dodgy.

I've emailed Sweet Squared and messaged CND on FB but i'm getting worried and impatient - anyone had this issue before and more importantly how did you resolve.

I haven't had to do it yet but I think you need to hold the reset button longer so keep holding it after it shows your 30hrs and it should reset back to 100hrs.

Yes, you do need too hold the reset button until it resets. I think it will beep when it does.
