Hi Guys,

I am trying to watch the smile line tutorial on the CND website and have been trying for days now, but every time I try the video skips, jumps and stops and starts! Im getting really frustrated is anyone else having this problem? xxx

Hi, i watched this the other day, had the same problem, however i just let it go through the first time without really watching it, just pressing play when it stopped itself once this had went all the way through i moved it back to the beginning and it played all the way through fine without stopping and starting.

Just let it load all the way as the last poster said and you will not have any problems.
