CND Vinylux Cerulean Sea & Blue Rapture

Is it just me or are these two CND Vinylux colours almost identical?

In the picture they look very similar, but my vinylux cerulean sea and blue rapture are very very different. Maybe one is labeled wrong?

Absolutebeauty are these with Vinylux? My Cerulean Sea Shellac looks like the bottom pic but my Vinylux does not. This is a pic of my Cerulean Sea Vinylux I had on last week......
