Colour change

Hello. I'm self employed and new to this site and hoping that someone can help me please. I have a client who is currently a base 5 with 70% grey predominantly in the front around the hairline. She has been having diarichesse 1/2 5 & 1/2 5:54 with 15% diaactivator and would now like to change this with a view to eventually going grey. But to start, her choice is to be lighter at the front(she has chosen an 8) with the back being a shade lighter than it is at present. She doesn't want permanent colour or an ombré effect and would prefer to stay with diarichesse. I realise that an efassor mild cleanse is needed first. I'm worried about this whole process and
I welcome your advice & ideas please.

Have you asked your client why she doesn't want permanent. Diarichesse will cover up to 70% grey and will only lift 1.5 level intensely tailored.

Yes, she likes the way it fades out rather than a solid regrowth line. I realise that I will need to cleanse the existing reflect in order to introduce another colour. I'm interested to know what anyone on this site would do in this instance given the information
