Confused about CND?

Hope some one can give me a bit of advice
I've seen on here some people doing the cnd courses qualify with an itec exam but when I spoke to sweet squared they told me there courses don't have any qualifications ? Is it only some of the courses or an exams that you can take after ?

The CND complete course has the ITEC exam at the end this is the only one that does

Can say 100% complete course has a level 3 international diploma in Nail Technology. I did mine a few weeks ago

Sorry to butt in but is the itec equivalent to nvq level 3? Seen a job advertised that states you've got to have an nvq level 3 so if i did the cnd complete course would i be able to apply for it? Xx
