crb checked?

I was just wondering how much it is to get a CRB check? as I do childrens parties I think I should get checked to put peoples minds at rest, I'm sure it can only be a goofd thing.

I had an enhanced CRB check done when I used to babysit for families at a hotel while I was at college, I had to pay for it myself and it was £35.

i had one for my taxi work with kids, it was £36 with my local council, think it might depend on where you get it done x

Thanks everyone, my hubby had one done to be a rugby coach but I cant remember how much it was.
