Let's see, I used Shellac base, Black Pool x2, top coat. Then I applied small areas of brush on resin, set the stones until the whole toe was covered, and sprayed it with activator. After everything was done, I used ECO Universal UV Top Coat x2.

I think it took me about an hour, maybe a bit longer.
