I often find that when mail ordering from any company you never tend to speak to the same person twice.
I have tried on several occasions taking the name of the person whom I speak to when placing my order. I do this just incase I have a problem with my order when it arrives.
Has anyone ever had any bad experience or even an ill mannered person on the other end of the phone, and have you returned to the same company to order more stock?

I have had some really bad customer service over the years...but not from nail suppliers....they have all been really good.

If i did though and loved/wanted the products and couldn't get them elsewhere then i would tell the head man/women how i feel and hope that next time is better.

I don't mind if i don't get the same person and i even don't mind people having off days....but if those off days where more often than not...rude or unhelpful then i would complain.

I wouldn't cut my nose of to spite my face though...if i loved the stuff....i would still buy it if i had too.

Well I know that at Sweet Squared/CND you can speak to the same person if you want to. And I know the girls in customer care are brilliant to everyone so those problems do not arise at that particular company. They value the people they do business with and it is appreciated by the customers.

In the past I have wanted to take the names of more rude customers rather than rude telesales people.

However if I want something I want it. I would report rudeness to the appropriate person in the company where I found it and would not stop ordering unless there were other more serious issues.
