Mods are not always logged on, we log on as and when our lives and businesses allow us to.
We also don't just close threads willy nilly, we rightly or wrongly assume that you are adults and can discuss and debate even sensitive subjects like this without descending into name calling, nit picking and shouts of "close this please".
As I have not got the time to go through this thread post by post to see all the who, what's and whys I shall close as it seems to be what the OP wants.
As far as I am aware you have the capability of closing or deleting your own threads on the full site by clicking on thread tools and taking it from there.
If anyone has anything to discuss regarding this then please feel free to start a thread in MY Forum to discuss in private with the Moderation Team...as and when one is logged on.
