Discoloured Gelish, what could cause this to happen?

A client came in today after over 4 weeks wear (she missed her last appointment and rescheduled).

She asked why the Gelish (Tiki Tiki Laranga) had discoloured and so I asked if she had been cleaning without gloves, using any self tan lotions etc, or if she had used any new products.

She said she had done nothing different, and has the same colour applied to her toes and her toes are absolutely fine, no discolourarion at all.

If anyone has any ideas what may have caused this I would love to hear your views.

Thanks in advance!

Stain from denim or other dark clothes. Was ur usual final coat used?

Thanks for your reply jigily. Yes, I used Gelish Top it off as usual. My client has been coming to me for nearly two years and has never experienced anything like this.

I will ask if she wore any new/dark denim or clothes. She did confide she is pregnant, early days, but can't think why that should make any difference.
