Hi adelle, what about pre lightening first to a creamy blonde ( past yellow ) then wash off and dry then use the blue mixtone with pastel for a brighter look

or for more advice on mix tones ring the advisory line below

try pre-lightening it, the lighter the better and also try re-applying the colour, i found that with the bright special mixes they are always brighter on the second application,

hope that helps

i used koleston on bleached sections (bleached right up to pale yellow) last week on a girl using 1 part 10/0 with 3 parts 0/88 - turned out a really nice bright, ink blue. xx

thanks for your replys, its so hard to lift coloured hair to a clean blonde tho, only been trying it on peices of my own hair (which has massive colour build up) and cant lift past a light orange kind of colour so when i put half 10/0 and half 0/88 on it just goes dark, so hoping my models hair hasnt got to much colour build up and will lift. didn't realize it would be this difficult to do blue lol, maybe i'll do purple thats a bit easier it seems... lol any one else doing wella trend vision??? :)

Hi I have blue in my hair I use a different brand of blue but I pre lighten my hair then put blue colour on twice comes out bright electic blue

Hi I have to do 2 girls blue thus week but one girl is reddy pink how would I get her blue? And if I mixx the 088 with a 10 does it have to be koleston or color touch or can it be with another brand of colour ??I don't use wella really?

I'd tone with violet to neutralize yellow, then apply your blue formula.

Very pale yellow, tone to white.

No you cannot mix it with another brand.

0/88 is very dense though i wouldn't be keen to use it.

Ok so whats good to use to make a nice blue??

What kind of product do you think will last longer on porous hair?

Educational question, want you to figure it out for yourself.

I know the op was asking about wella trend vision, but the second querant isn't necessarily bound to use wella products, correct?

I never said it had to be wella...
