Does anyone know what this colour/glitter is?

This is a photo of a lady's nails ive seen and she said its gunpowder don't know if that's a colour of gel or glitter?
does anyone use this? Or know what it is?

It looks similar to Opal Shimmer (a very fine glitter) by NSI over black or another dark colour.

I often use Opal Shimmer glitter mixed with clear over colours, it looks fab.

I did 2 coats Deep Sea ( dark blue by Gelish) with 1 coat Opal Shimmer over the top.
Wow it looked amazing, just wish I didn't need my husband to upload a picture.

Thanks for your help! I'm going to google some colours but without knowing what it is I'm stumped :-/
Just wondered if the colour gunpowder would ring any bells lol! X

The lady said it was called gunpowder that's what makes me think it's something else?

It looks a lot like China Glaze "Some Like It Haute"
