Hi,

I don't really know a lot about Eve Taylor - I have had an info pack from them and some samples but from what I gather, it is a much smaller range than Susan Molyneux, so something to consider, is how you see your business going, in terms of expansion in the future.

With Susan Molyneux, if you take the basic range to begin with, you can always add the precription range at a later date, or the Renu anti-ageing range or the Vitru male range. Also if you are level 3 (sorry I've not checked your profile) S Molyneux gives you the option to add electrical facials and microcurrent.

I don't know what Eve Taylor's ongoing minimum order is, after you have set up your initial account, but with S Molyneux it is £75 net, so basically when you've added P&P and VAT to that, you are spending at least £100 each time you order. That said, it's pretty easy to retail, especially the dry / sensitive range.

Anyother questions about SM, feel free to ask

Hi Tash

I'm just replying to you as I've used both products and you may find my post helpful. I'm in London by the way . I used to use Susan Molyneaux but to be honest for me it wasn't that popular with clients and unlike Zo Zo I found it very hard to retail it - and anybody that did want it were buying it from ebay or other internet sites at a much cheaper price than I could sell it at which was so annoying. I then moved to using Dermalogica which was good but once again I found it difficult to retail due to the abundance of it available at much cheaper prices than salon RRP's. I also found the minumum orders etc difficult to keep up as they were for me very expensive. I then left Dermalogica and am now with Eve Taylor. I find Eve Taylor absolutely brill. Clients love it and it flies off the shelves due to its affordable price and great results. I was informed by the company that is is illegal to sell it over the internet at a cheaper price than our salon RRP's and that they police sites such as Ebay etc on a daily basis to keep this upheld. They also make the oils for Dermalogica which is mad when you compare the prices :)! The range is really great and they have no minimum start-up or ongoing order rule which is also brill. I was just informed today that they are shortly bringing out a botox serum which massively reduces the appearance of wrinkles for 18 hours from the time of application which Im sure will be big hit with clients heading out for evenings or wedding etc. Anyway hope I have been of some help Tash. In all cases best of luck to you and if I can be of help with any questions just let me know - Love Billie xx

Hi,

I looked at both ranges and have decided to go with Eve Taylor. Eve Taylor seems to have a very good reputation and then products are lovely. I liked the fact that they don't have a minimum order and the prices are affordable for a really nice product.
