Eve Taylor and Dermalogica

I am looking to get a professional only skincare brand and I have seen eve Taylor recommended as professional only. But it is available to buy online without certificates. So why are people turning away from dermalogica etc.stating its because its available online. I'm confused

Eve Taylor is professional only. The only websites you will see their retail range available on are through professional salon/spa/clinic websites that offer their facials by professional therapists.

Dermalogica is available on mass market beauty websites, on pharmacy websites, heavily discounted beauty websites, etc, these don't offer Dermalogica facials and most likely don't even know what each product is used for. Salons can't compete on price with these websites and so lose out on homecare sales to their customers who just go home and buy their recommended products cheaper online.
