Ok, I'll give this a go......!!

It's a yeast based spread for toast/bread etc. It's dark brown in colour and very sticky consistency. It's savoury in flavour and strong - people do genuinely love it or hate it!! (I love it!). I understand it to be similar to Vegemite but stronger, if that helps.
